Hotel Ollastu, Olbia

During my stay, I had the pleasure of enjoying the hotel's restaurant, which serves dishes that are truly on par with Michelin standards. The food was amazing, with a four-course menu every night featuring fresh seafood and expertly prepared dishes like angler fish and octopus. Each meal was presented beautifully, making dining here a good experience. I can confidently say I had the best risotto of my life! If you're a food lover, you won't be disappointed.

The hotel features a stunning pool area surrounded by lush greenery. I loved lounging in the serene environment, especially as it was beautifully maintained. The grass around the pool was a pleasant surprise, providing a touch of nature even when the surroundings were dry due to the heat. I spent many afternoons soaking up the sun and enjoying the peaceful atmosphere.

I stayed in a standard room which was very spacious and tastefully decorated. The beautiful local art and traditional crafts throughout the hotel added a charming touch. Along with the air conditioning, which was essential for the summer heat, the room provided a very comfortable space to relax after a day of exploring. I appreciate the attention to detail in the decor, making it feel like a true Sardinian getaway.

The bathroom in my room featured a modern wet-room style shower that was both spacious and functional. It was a pleasure to have a clean and well-maintained bathroom throughout my stay. Fresh towels and toiletries were provided daily, enhancing the comfort of my experience. I particularly enjoyed the high-quality amenities that made each shower feel luxurious.
